Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Yolinky you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users of yolinky.com and app.yolinky.com.

2. The service

Yolinky is a link-tracking platform for YouTube creators. It scans your video descriptions for outbound links, generates tracked redirect URLs, and — on your explicit instruction — updates your video descriptions to use those redirects. We provide click analytics for those redirects through your dashboard.

3. Your account

  • You must have a valid Google account to sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to use Yolinky.
  • You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. YouTube access

When you connect your YouTube channel, you grant Yolinky OAuth permissions to:

  • Read your channel information and video descriptions.
  • Update your video descriptions (only when you explicitly instruct us to replace links).

You can revoke these permissions at any time from your Google Account security settings. Revoking access will prevent Yolinky from scanning or updating your videos, but existing tracked links will continue to redirect.

Your use of YouTube features through Yolinky is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy .

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Yolinky to:

  • Track or redirect to illegal content or content that violates YouTube's policies.
  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content.
  • Circumvent YouTube's monetisation policies or terms of service.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
  • Abuse the YouTube Data API in a way that violates Google's API terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

6. Subscriptions and billing

  • Yolinky offers a free Starter plan and paid Creator (£19/mo) and Pro (£79/mo) plans.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.

7. Data and content

You retain all rights to your YouTube content and the links in your video descriptions. By using Yolinky you grant us a limited licence to read your video metadata and descriptions solely to provide the service, and to update your descriptions only when you explicitly instruct us to.

We do not claim ownership of your content. If you delete your account, all your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.

8. Availability and warranties

We aim for high availability but we do not guarantee that Yolinky will be available at all times. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, click data, or YouTube access that results from service downtime or errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yolinky's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Yolinky after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
